Last week, we hosted a webinar to introduce the latest updates to the VRM Portal. Here is a quick overview of what we covered.
The new GX IO-Extender 150 is a compact solution to expand the number of inputs, outputs and relays on a GX device. It was a much-requested solution, offering a smaller and simpler alternative to installing an additional Cerbo GX.
We are glad to introduce a new PV Inverter mode in Multi RS firmware v1.24. The ESS mode can now be set to ‘PV Inverter only (without batteries)’, allowing the system to operate without a battery by feeding all PV surplus directly back to the grid.
Venus OS v3.61 is now available for the Venus GX. This update fixes the Ethernet/LAN conectivity issue introduced in v3.60, which affected some production series.
We have recently released Orion XS firmware v1.12, which fixes the VHF radio interference issue for all models.
Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Charger models with 48V output (12/48, 24/48, and 48/48) had an issue where charging didn’t always start, depending on the model or actual voltages. This has now been fixed with the new firmware v1.16.
Released yesterday, the latest version of the VictronConnect App includes firmware updates for a wide range of products: Orion-Tr Smart, Orion XS, Multi RS, SmartShunt, BMV-712, Phoenix and SUN inverters, and SmartSolar chargers.
Released today, Venus OS v3.60 is a major update which adds new features as well as some much needed fixes for our GX monitoring product range including the Cerbo GX and Ekrano GX.
A few weeks ago, we introduced the SmallBMS NG, a simple and affordable BMS for Lithium NG batteries, designed for systems without VE.Bus inverters or inverter/chargers. Now, we are excited to introduce the next model in the NG series: the VE.Bus BMS NG, for systems with VE.Bus inverters or inverter/chargers, like the Quattro and MultiPlus.
We’ve added a new feature to the VRM device list that lets you quickly access device settings through VictronConnect.
We are glad to introduce the Android GX Wifi Display: a simple way to turn any Android phone or tablet into a wireless display for monitoring and controlling GX devices.
