We have recently released Multi RS v1.26, making installation in ESS systems easier, adding grid code support for Austria, and bringing several other improvements.

Today we’ve released Venus OS v3.65, which introduces new RV-C features and a few stability improvements and fixes.

Today we’ve released EVCS firmware v2.04, which comes with the new Online Updates feature, allowing the EVCS to check if new firmware versions are available when connected to the internet.

The Energy Meter VM-3P75CT received two recent firmware updates (v1.09, v1.10) which bring new features, improved performance and fixes. Notably, the meter now reports power factor information and improves performance on GX devices.

Victron is updating the VRM infrastructure, which handles the data logged by GX devices. The change is planned to go live around the beginning of September and, for most users, it will be invisible with VRM continuing to function as expected. However, for users where a firewall restricts outbound network traffic, the firewall rules will require updating.

Last moth, we’ve released the Lynx Smart BMS (NG) v1.14, introducing various improvements and bug fixes, including updates specific to the NG series.

Expanding on the Orion XS 12/12-50A, the new Orion XS 1400 supports 12V and 24V systems. The Orion XS 1400 uses automatic buck-boost control to allow 12/24V input and 12/24V output, and provides twice the charging power of the original XS in 24V/24V configuration.

Since 2020, the GlobalLink 520 has kept VE.Direct-enabled devices connected via 4G LTE-M, with no monthly fees or subscriptions for the first five years. We are planning to introduce a payment system in VRM for those who wish to extend the prepaid SIM beyond the initial five-year period. Until then, we want to reassure everyone that the SIM cards in GlobalLink 520 will continue to operate as normal, and Victron will cover any costs of keeping them active.

A few weeks ago, we introduced Venus OS v3.60 for our GX devices, which brings new features developed especially with marine systems in mind. One of the main features in this version is the new Boat Page: a dedicated display for electric or hybrid boats that shows battery status, engine RPM and electric drive information, all in one place.

We are excited to introduce Victron Click & Design – an intuitive online tool that helps you build and simulate a 48V solar ESS system step by step. It estimates how your system would perform in real-life conditions using actual solar data from the past year.

Today we’ve released v6.19 of our VictronConnect App. This version includes firmware v1.25 for the Multi RS, adding 3-phase support for the German grid code, and can now be installed via VictronConnect v6.19.
