News overview
Learn more about containerised battery systems

In this newsletter you can learn how to build a robust unattended battery energy system. Then we have a story about the Shell Foundation ensuring power for the powerless, with the help of Victron Energy micro-grid on Palawan Island, one of the most beautiful islands in the world. And of course we have our weekly update of documentation, events and training courses for you.

Building an unattended battery based energy system
Lately, we have been involved in several unattended Victron systems. Some of these being large scale containerised systems. As a system designer or installer you could consider almost all systems as unattended, as there will rarely be a trained Victron technician/installer onsite all of the time.
In this blog, several ideas will be highlighted.

Thousands of people still live in areas where there is no access to electricity and the likelihood of any utility grid connection is aeons away. The Shell Foundation however set about changing that with the advent of a microgrid in Palawan, ably supported by products from Victron Energy.
