A VE.Bus firmware update is now available that fixes an issue where affected systems would briefly shut down. This affects some 48V models in the serial number range HQ2518 up to and including HQ2611.
The issue mainly occurs on systems using the Australian grid code or with the GND relay disabled. Aside from grid-connected systems in Australia, nearly all systems have their ground relay enabled and are therefore not affected.
The firmware is not available for all models, as only a limited number are affected by this issue. You can find the list of affected products below.

How to install this update?
WARNING: updating the firmware of VE.Bus inverter/chargers is strongly advised to be carried out by trained personnel only. Performing the update will cause all settings to be reset to their default & require the product to be reconfigured.
