Firmware v3.67 for Blue Smart IP22 chargers improves charging behavior for units with a serial number between HQ2511 and HQ2552. The improvement for these units are: 

• Fixed an issue with some chargers not transitioning properly between bulk, absorption and float
• Fixed an issue for the IP22 single output chargers with some chargers experiencing large voltage/current spikes on the output at low charge currents (below approximately 5A)

While this behaviour is not dangerous, some sensitive loads may respond to these fluctuations.

For units produced after HQ2552, the behavior is further improved at hardware level. For units within the affected production range.

If you still observe unexpected behaviour after updating to firmware v3.67, please contact your distributor or sales manager.

We are working on v3.68, which will fix the pulsing on the Blue Smart IP22 3-output models and will be available soon.
