Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Charger models with 48V output (12/48, 24/48, and 48/48) had an issue where charging didn’t always start, depending on the actual voltages.

This has now been fixed with the new firmware v1.16.

How to install this update?

The latest version of the VictronConnect App (v6.18) is now available. When you connect your device, it will allow you to update to the new firmware version.
