Released today, Venus OS v3.54 builds upon the features introduced in Venus OS 3.50.

The key updates are:

• Multi RS: Add setting to enable and disable the Multi RS grid monitoring alarm. It is the same setting as for Multis and Quattros: the "Monitor for grid failure" setting in Settings → System setup.
  
  
• Managed CAN-bms connected batteries: Reword the “High battery voltage alarm” message to "High cell voltage alarm", as that better indicates the actual issue. In most cases this alarm indicates an imbalance within the battery. Please consult your battery documentation for guidance on restoring cell balance.

For systems connected to the internet, there are two methods:

• On the VRM Portal, go to Device List and use the Update firmware button at the bottom.
• On the GX Device, or Remote Console, go to Settings -> Firmware.

For systems not connected to the internet:

• Use an SD-card or USB stick. The so called "offline update method".
