The newest VE.Bus System Configurator Update (90.09.153) adds an option to accept phase rotation.
Why would a 3-Phase system need to accept phase rotation?
This feature has been added per request of installers in countries where - however unimaginable for some - it happens that the public grid comes back with switched phases after a failure or load shedding.
By default, the Victron system will not accept this and give a phase rotation warning on the GX device. With the new setup option the system can be configured to accept phase rotation and will now still be able to accept the public grid.
A phase rotation does mean certain 3-Phase loads (like motors) will be affected, so for using this new option the installer/user must make sure there are no 3-phase loads in the system which are affected by a phase rotation.
Detailed warnings have been added to the VE.Bus System Configurator.
This same option will be added to VictronConnect soon.
