This week we'll keep this introduction short.
While on that note, please do make sure both your technical- as well as commercial staff receives these newsletters. Your sales manager is the one to ask who within your company receives them as well as to make changes.
Out of all below news, most speaks for itself. The new ESS video by Jono is one to watch in case you are in the ESS business. It is another high-quality production by Jono, nice to watch at a moment where you can spare the time.
Yours sincerely,

New – Furuno Navigation and Victron compatibility
The Marine MFD GX integration now also works with Furuno displays. This is the result of a cooperation with the Furuno R&D team. Once connected the user can easily monitor and control his boat’s power generation, consumption and storage right on their Furuno displays at the helm.

Video shows ESS installation
Sustainable new building in the UK
There’s a great new video by Jono on our YouTube channel which offers an in-depth look at the installation of an Energy Storage System (ESS) in a house currently under construction in Dorset, UK.
ESS systems are designed to maximise the consumption of home produced power – supplying loads in real-time, using surplus energy to recharge the batteries, and only reluctantly buying or selling power to the grid.

Rowing the Atlantic Ocean
..bringing attention to pollution in the Baltic Sea
This month two rowers from Finland hope to take delivery of their offshore-rowing boat and begin some serious training.
Rowing 24 hours a day in two-hour shifts, Markus Mustelin and Jolle Blässar hope to cross the Atlantic in forty or fifty days, covering 3000 miles, and raising €100,000 to protect the Baltic Sea in the process.
We will continue to follow these tough men for you and we will keep you posted about their achievements in a blog post.
