Looking back on Intersolar Europe 2018

This world leading exhibition for the solar industry was held at the Messe München Exhibition Centre in Munich, Germany, last week. Since being founded 27 years ago, Intersolar Europe has become the most important industry show for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and partners of the solar industry. Once again we had an impressive stand, we announced a number of new products - and of course we held our annual stand party!

Venus OS v2.16

Released today, this version includes various small fixes: our new MultiPlus-II is now properly shown with its full name, rather than in-descriptive 'VE.Bus device'. Also an issue where a USB GPS was not showing in the menu is fixed, and two more. For the full list, see the change log, available on Victron Professional.

Getting warmer at Mount Everest

Mount Everest isn’t melting – but thanks to New Enerday GmbH and one of their Powerbox systems a small part has certainly got warmer. Mountaineers can now warm themselves after their exertions in a Physiotherm infrared cabin.
