Release Venus OS v2.15

We announce the release of Venus OS version 2.15. There is a blogpost about Victron dealer and installer Elektro-Mechanik Meisl GmbH who came to the rescue when a hydro-electric installation became unreliable. We continue our story of Annemiek Bekkering, professional sailor, who has been in action in France. And we have our list of updated documentation for you.

NICE TO KNOW

Konstanzer Hütte – Power by necessity with Victron Energy

A change in Konstanzer Hütte’s water supply meant their primary hydro power energy source became intermittent. The diesel generator – intended only as a backup – became the sole energy-source during the summer months, when the winter's meltwater had gone. What to do; who to call? Victron dealer and installer Elektro-Mechanik Meisl GmbH came to the rescue.

Sun, but no wind

Dutch sailor Annemiek Bekkering and her crew Annette Duetz have been in action again last weekend in their 49erFX. They had a frustrating week attending the World Cup Series in Hyères France – a week which produced the Sun, but no wind.
