VictronConnect v5.102 - VE.Bus fw v509 for Quattro-II and more

Today we've released a new version of the VictronConnect App, v5.102. It includes:

  • Add firmware v509 for the Quattro-II models (2651 and 2645). This version fixes a problem with earlier revisions, 504 up to and including 508, that a Quattro-II system could end up in a situation that it refuses to connect to the grid for no apparent reason. The issue especially affected systems consisting of multiple units, but can theoretically also happen on a single unit installation.
  • Fix an issue with import settings not working for some inverter/charger models.
  • Multi RS & Inverter RS: fix current input limit and relay high value settings are not included when exporting settings to a file, and fix number of decimals for PV current for units with more than one MPPT tracker

Changes in other recent VictronConnect releases include:

  • Victron Energy meter: add firmware v1.05 which enables position setting
  • Inverter RS & Multi RS: add consumption to the 30-Day history
  • Add support for our new Orion XS DC DC battery charger.
  • SmartShunt & BMV-712: add Bluetooth firmware v2.46, which fixes occasional erroneous battery temperature broadcasts on VE.Smart. This affected system using our wireless VE.Smart network to connect a BMV or SmartShunt to one or more Smart Solar Chargers.
  • Phoenix Inverters: Support for a longer ECO search interval on new firmwares, now 3600s, previously 360s. Note that this feature requires firmware v1.35 to be installed on the Inverter, which is not included in VictronConnect yet; so must be downloaded from
