Recently 4 new interesting features have been added to the MPPT sizing calculator.

The first new feature is the access to a large PV module database.

The database can be reached in the search box (left upper corner), where you can type a PV module supplier or another specification like the Wp. Standard only Victron panels are visible, but a hint reminds you of the new feature. The MPPT calculator tool will give you all available PV modules with your text input in the pull-down list. The database is updated on a regular base.

The second new feature is that we added the EasySolar and RS models that, besides the MPPT, have an inverter or inverter/charger inside.

These models can also be reached easily with an extra filter (in the filter section on the left side).  

 The third new feature is the MPPT sizing calculator now remembers your last session.

This is powerful as you will not have to retype a configuration when you often use the same PV panel. For this feature we now also added a reset button, which has been placed near the export button (right upper corner) and allows the user to export the configuration.

The last new feature is the show more results.

We always try to give the most economical solution for your project. This is your first option. Then again in some situations you would like to see additional MPPTs that would also work depending on local conditions. Just click on more results (right bottom) and a list with more options shows up.
